FDHI is a private tertiary hospital located at Valdez, Floridablanca, Pampanga. It was founded in 2011 by a group of dedicated doctors and professionals with a common vision of offering quality and sub-specialty medical service in Floridablanca. FDHI was thus established and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commissions.
A vacant lot strategically located along the highway in Valdez, Floridablanca was chosen for the site. Construction was started in December 2013 and on December 18, 2015, the hospital opened its door to the public.
The hospital caters to the health needs of the public with a 100 bed capacity, dialysis center, ICU, emergency room, an operating room complex, heart station, lung station, pharmacy, a tertiary lab with microbiology capacity, x-ray, ultrasound, CT (computed tomography) scan and an endoscopy unit. Other healthcare services provided at FDHI includes a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, pulmonary function testing, holter monitoring, stress testing, ECG, and social work.
