Operation Tuli 2017 is a joint project of the Floridablanca Grand Alliance Foundation, Inc. and the Floridablanca Doctors’ Hospital, Inc. in partnership with Phi Sigma Gamma Fraternity of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and St. Joseph the Worker Parish of Floridablanca, Pampanga which was held last April 23, 2017 – Saturday at St. Ambrose Gym, St. Augustine Academy of Pampanga, Poblacion, Floridablanca, Pampanga. This is the seventh (7th) year of the Foundation Outreach Program.

About five hundred (500) young males from different barangays of Floridablanca and nearby towns were able to avail the free medical services of the Foundation. This is a part of the Foundation and the Hospital’s mission to make health/medical assistance available to their fellow cabalens.
The FGAFI was formally organized in 2011 and composed of dedicated private individuals from Floridablanca, Pampanga. The Foundation is a non-political organization. FGAFI is headed by its Chairman and President, Dr. Allan A. Policarpio.
The Floridablanca Doctors’ Hospital, Inc. is a newly opened hospital with 100 bed-capacity. Founded in 2011 by a group of committed professional with a vision to be the leading provider of excellent and affordable services through the state of the art facilities to the people of Central Luzon. FDHI is also headed by its Founding Chairman and Medical Director, Dr. Allan A. Policarpio. True to its commitment to give back to the community, FDHI will continue to bring Medical Outreach Programs in Pampanga.
