As part of Floridablanca Doctors’ Hospital, Inc., 1st year Anniversary celebration and of being in service to our valued clients, the FDHI Hemodialysis Unit is giving away a gift certificate entitled “A gift for you” to all its loyal patients who have undergone at least 6 months of hemodialysis procedure by the time the patient celebrates his/her birthday. The gift certificate is composed of one (1) monthly regular laboratory package which can be availed of by the patient free of charge and is valid for 6 months period. So the patient can decide whichever month he/she prefers to avail of the free service.
